EDIT: Thanks to all the awesome Tumblr geeks, I was schooled with my Final Fantasy ignorance. The guy in blue is Cid Highwind. (For some reason, I was thinking that this artwork was a mashup of different anime because that was where I stored it in my folder: “Anime Mashup.” I’m making excuses but it doesn’t negate the fact that I screwed up.
